A bad keyboard

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The surface line of tablets/laptops has well established bluetooth issues and any bluetooth LE device is worse that non-low energy periphrials. In addition to repeating certain characters 15-20 times periodically (or non responsiveness) I've gone through 3 of these devices that include a high pitched squeak on the right space bar press that develop after a week of use. I would not recommend either the surface precision mouse or this keyboard (especially with a surface device) because they are unreliable and of poor quality. Microsoft, the marvell adapters in your surface line has been abysmal for years. Please do the right thing and fix the drivers.

I purchased it to go with a new computer. That computer was delayed more than a month. Best Buy would not take it back. Microsoft made me pay return shipping for the warranty replacement. Poor service on both the part of BestBuy and Microsoft.

Booo, disappointed

I keep having to remove device and reconnect due to keyboard going haywire every so often (happens a lot) Regretting the purchase and would not recommend. Too bad since it’s really sleek looking.
