    The keyboard is alright, but it gets dirty. I really am giving this score because of Microsoft's HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered an expensive laptop which was never delivered. They did a tracer investigation, and, WITHOUT evidence, they said that it had been delivered (it wasn't, I was there). They told me I could order a replacement and the one that wasn't delivered would be refunded, so I did. Well, fast forward 14 days, they said, "Yeah, sorry we can't refund this." Horrible experience, now I'm out $3,600.
