I am not sure why this device has five stars but I am pretty frustrated that it's giving my daughter problems after nearly two months of ownership. What makes matters worse is that she has been complaining about the device for nearly a month and not that I am ready to send it to the Geek Squad, my return period ended yesterday. Not to mention that it's $40 cheaper than the original purchase. Parents, if you have children who rely on Zoom and other online programs, please look at other brands as Microsoft is not worth the headache.

I gave the Surface Go a 1 Star, it’s junk. The keyboard, purchased separately, does the job but it’s very small. The key travel and feel is much nicer than the iPad 9.7” keyboard, so that is nice. Too bad the Surface Go is not a useful device. In my opinion, Microsoft should include the keyboard with a device like the Go, since the Go is useless as a touch-only device. It’s not an iPad, which I would guess the overwhelming majority of people do not use a keyboard, since the OS is designed for touch. Windows 10 touch is like a “bolt-on” experience, it wasn’t designed for touch ... or rather ... it works with touch but most apps are not not friendly.

I exchanged for this for my Granddaughter, for her school work.

A must have for your surface! The keyboard feels great and does the job. Great color that goes with my surface and connects seamlessly

I love the way it snaps together making it easy to connect the two. I had to get used to the size of the keyboard but it makes a perfect cover for the Surface.

The Surface Go keyboard is an essential accessory. I wouldn't buy the Surface Go without it. It has a nice feel to it and the trackpad sets the Surface apart from the iPad.

Easy key touch and nice color. Great value! I was very impressed with the easy touch keyboard. As you know some keystrokes are difficult at times.

I ended up getting an open box version of the keyboard. Saved a couple bucks. It’s cool how it magnetically hooks up to the computer. Buttons are amazing for typing.

Glad I added this keyboard to my tablet. It has been invaluable to quickly switch from tablet to laptop form to take important notes. Sized well for maximum mobility.

The keyboard is a "must buy" to get the best use of the Surface Go. Only downside is that the smaller size keyboard takes some time to get used to. Layout is also a bit different from a regular keyboard. Still, it is easy to use and a "must" for max productivity.

This is a great little keyboard that works perfectly for the surface go. I mean it obviously was made for it. It connects right away, no need to Bluetooth it.

I work well with the Surface computer and doesn't add too much weight to the package. Provides a stable typing surface and protection for the screen when closed.

Keyboard works great. Love the magnetic attachment of it. Connects everyone with ease and works with all hand sizes for keys.

I absolutely love the keyboard and texture to it. When you type it just flows because of how soft the keys are. I love they give you the option of many colors.

Slick, lightweight, nice screen cover and snaps on and off magnetically with no problem. I have huge hands and doesn't give me a hard time when typing too.

Snapped right in, easy to write one. I thought it would be too flimsy as a cover, but's actually great. I love that I don't have to charge it.

Must have for any surface, makes an excellent little convient table into a usual laptop for personal or work use

This keyboard works great! It has backlit keys to make it easier to see when in the dark. Keyboard also has a nice texture to it.
