This type cover is a must have if you are using your Surface Go for serious computing. As a start, it provides additional protection to the Go screen while traveling, and keeps the Go from sliding around on a table or desktop when using it in easel mode. If you fully fold it back, the Go will auto switch to Tablet mode (depending of System Settings). As a keyboard, it is pretty good. The keys are distinct and have a nice touch. It's pretty easy to touch type on this keyboard but you have to be careful not to drag your palms across the trackpad or the cursor will be off to the races. (Hint, attach a mouse.) The only issues are size related. It's a 10-inch keyboard, so the keys are small and close together. Try it in the store. Also, it's proprietary so there are no third-party equivalents. But if you are fussy about your keyboard, you should be able to attach a Bluetooth keyboard. (I haven't tried.) If you need to enter large amounts of text into Word or Excel for instance, it's a necessity. After 5 months, it's a keeper for me. Little pricy.

It's good, basically turns your surface go tablet into a laptop which doubles as a screen cover. The mouse track can feel a bit clumsy since you have to click the board (I recommend buying a blu tooth mouse). Had to pay more than the Black just because I wanted a different color which sucks, but what can you do?

I purchased this cherry color keyboard to go with my Go-2 Laptop! I love it! It attaches itself easily to my Go-2 Notebook computer! I am a fast typist, so I can get my thoughts across quicker with thus keyboard. I am able to put it in my small size carry bag! I believexwhat I like about it the most is the light weight size. I am very happy with my selection!

Good and works quite well with my Surface Go 3. Even if there is a slight discoloration, keys work well and keyboards light are not as dim as other brands.
