New tablet required new keyboard

Damaged item with expired warranty

When I registered it on Microsoft website, it said warranty expired a year and half ago, despite the fact that BestBuy claims that the item as a full one year warranty in the descrption. And when I contacted BestBuy, they said that the item only has 90 days warranty, and they "haven't had the chance to update the website yet", and that I should contact Microsoft for warranty.

Microsoft sucks

The problem is not with the keyboard its with Microsoft because they don't communicate back and the keyboard has been un usable because their update messed it up and deleted its drives and firmware

Tiny

Replacement for one that stopped working

And the touch open the windows icon/menu
