Battery last for hours when in use. Many new functions that I loved. Portable and convenient

Great laptop in terms of size, ease of use, and overall performance. However, the unretractable screen for full-on touchscreen use and optional views are what keep this device from receiving 5 stars from me.

It’s very light especialy for travel. The screen is crisp and clear. The keyboard feels easy on my fingers. I'm yet to use it for Netflix. One thing I miss is 2 USB port

Solid little laptop at a good price. My wife uses for it for pretty straight forward user type stuff, browsing, office, printing, etc, no issues with the proc and compatibility. Nice and light, easy to travel with but still very solid feeling. Great platform

This device has excellent battery life, and excellent screen, and incredible build quality. I'm not sure how for the price it feels as solid as it does. Truly the Apple Macbook of Windows laptops. Originally we got this for $900 but got a price match later down to $650 which was excellent. At $650 I couldn't recommend this device more. Even with hours of daily use, this device can last like a week without charging. When putting it to sleep, it isn't dead the next day like every other Windows laptop I've ever had. It sips power, but is still capable of being powerful. Have not had any issues with applications running on it so far.

I have alway purchased Microsoft Laptops. They are easy to set up. Light weight, so it can be carried around. I have never had any issues with the any surface that I have owned. I away upgrade or give the or give it to one of the grandkids.

The surface laptop has been great. I wanted something light and portable as a physical therapist that I could buy a good shell case for. It has been great so far.

Bought this laptop for my granddaughter for college. She asked for the Microsoft copilot because of the AI features and the flexibility of a touchscreen. It is fast and intuitive. She loves it.
