I have used the Microsoft Surface for many years. I love my new one it was a early christmas gift. I am retired from the legal field. This has been a life saver for me and has performed beyond expectation. I still have my Microsoft Surface that i purchased in 2019 as well it is still working like a champ.

I love my new surface laptop. I previously had a surface tablet (pro 7) and I was happy with that as well. This laptop is compact, light but sturdy. Someone mentioned to me an issue with the battery getting hot but no such issue for me!

I bought a MacBook Air and didn't like the changeover from windows. What I did like about it was the size, weight and portability of it. This is the best substitute with larger Ram and Storage. I am an old boomer and not very tech savvy. Max, at Best Buy, was extremely patient and clear describing the positives and negatives of each option. I am very happy with this purchase. I love it.
