    I’ve been a surface user for several years now and can’t say enough about the ease of interfacing and the operating system. The only issue is the battery life goes faster than I’d like and it can’t be replaced, so after 3 yrs I had to buy a new one!

    Order was delivered in a few days. Fedex actually had to hand me the box, so not left on the doorstep. I liked having my favorites "go to" sites right in the middle of the screen. This laptop has them squeezed in on the bottom.

    The only reason I gave this four stars is that the keypad keys are flat and hard to type on it correctly. My fingers are not big, but it seems I catch a couple of keys occasionally rather than just the one key I intended. It would’ve been nice if the keys had been raised.
