So far, I am very happy with the computer. I love the pale purple color and the size. It is small, but easy to handle. The person that helped me with my purchase was very good and knowledgeable.

The computer looks great and has an amazing battery life. The screen is not too bad. The biggest issue is that copilot makes this computer occasionally lag. I would probably spring for a model that has better internals and hopefully that would not be an issue. When it is not lagging it is a pretty good computer. I would wait for a sale.

The screen is just awes. Easy setup the key are very responsive. Touch screen works great. Laptop works well. Even recommended it to a friend.

Wow it’s safe and fast and I’m very happy to use best buy not the first time

I originally purchased the laptop on August 24. Right away, I noticed it was getting unusually hot while charging. About a week later, it began glitching frequently, which raised even more concern. Thankfully, I caught these issues just in time—still within the 15-day refund window. I was able to return it and get a replacement, and I’m hopeful this new one will perform as expected.
