Got it for my mother so she could take care of basic office work like scanning and uploading documents. After a few weeks the computer would lock up in sleep and had to be hard reset to be usable again. Thought it was a one time thing, but started happening every time we closed the screen. Spending that kind of money on something that didn't work really upset me. Ended up having her go back to the MacBook Air,and no problems with that again.
