Pretty good and easy experience, the only thing is the trade in value was pretty low for my items.

I love my Surface Copilot!!! This is my 4th Surface product and I'm super pleased with the features of the pc especially the AI features. Looking forward to seeing all I can do with this computer.

This is a great little laptop! The quality is superb and has all the functions I need/want - backlit keys, face ID. The camera is very good for conference calls too. Highly recommend this device.

Microsoft Surface Laptop. Windows 11 with touchscreen

This laptop have all the features my son need for college.

The key board is problematic. Right after i completed setting up my computer, the whole keyboard except for the alt button stopped working right. I had to press down on the keys to get the keystroke to register. Additionall, i had a similar problem with an earlier product. 3 months after i bought it the keyboard stopped working during an exam. Needless to say, i have had a very disappointing experience with this laptop. I give it three stars because i like everything else about it, but kepboard is what makes it functional. So if the keyboard isnt reliable, then i might as well get a different laptop. I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Amazing service walked away with what I needed and additional Microsoft bundle

While the computer itself is favorable, there is a known problem with the charging function and Microsoft has yet to correct it. After having this for 4 1/2 months it would no longer charge. We have a second Surface in the family and tried the other charging cable - still it would not charge. Through Microsoft's website we reported the (known) issue and started a work order, sending the (new)computer back to Microsoft to fix the charging issue. We received it back shortly after but they did NOT fix it - they simply included a nasty note saying that they found (damage) not covered by the Manufacturer warranty. We (my wife and I) work office jobs and our computers stay on our desks ; there has been no "Damage" - but now we have 5 month old computer (with 7 months remaining on the Best Buy 12-months interest free plan" that cannot function! Beware - what good is a laptop if it cannot charge. Lok for yourself on the Microsoft service threads and Google - it is a very known problem (on their part) and they refuse to do anything about it

This Microsoft Surface Laptop in sapphire is such a beautiful machine. The color grabs your attention from the moment you open the box. It's a sleek beauty. Thin and light making it so easy to port around. The 13.8" touch screen has a thin bezel allowing maximum viewing and is very responsive to touch. The charging cord is different from any I've used before. It is flat on the end and slides into place. I like it very much but wonder how hard it will be if I need to replace it. It's powerful and quick. The Snapdragon X Plus processor has no problem taking care of business. I haven't had any problem streaming videos or listening to music while playing Microsoft games in the background or using the Co-Creater in Paint, checking emails or chatting with family and friends. I'm still learning in Co-Creater, or the program is still learning me, maybe both? Describing what I want to create doesn't get me the exact results I'm looking for yet. But it is very helpful and the more I use it the better the results. I'm no expert, I just like creating so my experience is limited. I intend to use this to expand my experience. This is a powerful, sleek beauty of a machine. Quick and responsive. Different from any other I've used and I very much like and recommend it.

Does what we have asked of it so far . It has been plugged in the entire time so no experience with battery life.
