I find Microsoft - Surface Laptop easy to use. I love the touch-screen feature as well. Makes it easier to navigate.

Bought this for the wife as an upgrade from a Surface Go. She uses it for work and school. She's had all positive things to say about it. Keeping it connected with her phone, easy organization, and speed are the areas where she's been most impressed.

I purchased three for various family members over the last 6 years and we have no complaints. They are fast, efficient and we love the ability to open the laptop with one hand!

Absolutely loving it. I use it for school and work. Both very microsoft heavy running multiple windows and no problems at all. I love how light and portable it is too. I thought the few ports would be an issue but honestly love that it comes with two usb and usb-c ports i feel it’s more than enough for the average person.

I love this computer because I am able to do a lot. The computer was the perfect prize for that luxurious look. I am able to do a lot especially for school. I love that my iPhone is able to connect to this computer, I am able to receive and send messages.

Computer fits all my needs. Price was good and customer service at the store was helpful and informative. Used Geek Squad to transfer data from old laptop to the new Surface etc. , which was seamless.

I've been really impressed with the Microsoft Surface. My last one lasted over 10 years! I didn't replace it because it stopped working, I was simply ready for an upgrade. It’s durable, lightweight, and easy to use, which is a perfect fit for any student or administrator.

So far so good I traded in a Lenovo because it could not keep up with my work load. So far this is definitely keeping up and runs smoothly which a dependable smooth laptop that can keep up is important to me as a college student
