I'm just getting to know my Surface Laptop but so far, I am liking it a lot. It's easy to use. So pretty!!!! Love the blue color. The price was reasonable for the product. Best Buy did a fabulous job of transferring the information from my old tablet. Best Buy employees know their stuff!

Buy these off the shelf for use in business, these PC Laptop's just work. Very impressed with new chips and memory they are working great. Will continue to buy them as is and put them into circulation with employees.

Overall, a great computer. We have had no issues with compatibility. Easily connected to our Brother printer. Battery life is insane. Only slight issue is that it tends to be a little sluggish on certain tasks. Not sure if the 32MB RAM would have made a difference. But have a 4 year laptop, also with 16MB of RAM that does the same tasks without issue

This is my 3rd Surface laptop from best buy store. Very quiet and very sleek no issue from the last 4 years so all my kids have the same one.

I love the surface. The system is easy to navigate and to carry with you on a daily basis.

Very lightweight laptop that is also durable. It turns on quickly and operates well. I haven’t had a chance to use all the new features, but I’m happy with my purchase. I have an older Microsoft Surface Pro laptop and it still runs. I only upgradedd due to needing more RAM/harddrive space.
