This is my second surface Laptop- great product, easy to use, good battery life, light, fast!

I have only been using this laptop for about 4–5 months, and I have already encountered several issues. The screen has gone blank on me a couple of times, and there was even a week when the charger did not work. Little problems keep happening with the laptop, which makes me feel crazy because everything seems to go back to normal after some time. This afternoon, a new issue started with my trackpad. It took me 20 minutes to navigate the website just to contact support. After two attempts, I finally reached a representative, only for him to hang up on me after I explained my issues. I regret this purchase and wish I had stuck with HP.

This computer is not only pretty but it works really well. I use it for school and its the best!

So far all systems are running flawless, will do another review after 6 months...

I had a surface pro 6 before this and i prefer my new surface laptop. It has plenty of memory and HD space and is perfect for what i need.

I had an earlier version of the Surface Pro and needed an upgrade. I don't use my laptop as a tablet so I went with the Surface Laptop model. It is compact and has all the power and features I need.

Fast, snappy and sleek. Upgraded from an SL3 and this is the machine I’ve wanted. Build is solid and more refined from previous iterations. The new chips make this machine faster and snappier.

The computer is easy to use and has good battery life.

Battery life is awesome & I appreciate that the AI is optional. There have been some issues with my background just disappearing, but functionality and speed and design overall is good.

Glad we went back about a month after our purchase and realized it was on sale ($300 off!). That was a win. It does what I need it to do. I do wish it had the detachable screen feature like my old one so I could use it as a tablet, and I miss that the pen used to be included instead of having to buy it separately. Nothing super fancy, but it’s cute and gets the job done.
