enjoy my new computer. It has many features that I'm learning to use. I was used to Publisher to put out a church newsletter and now I have to figure out how to do that as easily using these programs. It is a much lighter laptop.

Very pleased with Microsoft products. This is our third surface purchase. The original surface book from 12 years ago is still running like a champ. I found myself in need of a personal PC and could not be happier with my surface laptop.

Love it! Lots of bells and AI whistles! Considering, my last laptop was 8 years old and windows 10, the computer is much faster and easier to adapt to using. It also has windows 11 so getting use to all the new looks and access points for the system software. This is being used for work school and research. So being out though a lot of different purposes.

Pretty decent for college students. I was going to got the new windows Chromebook and had to take it back because it wasn't compatible with Snapdragon.

Love my touchscreen laptop. It is very easy to use anywhere! I also like the talk to text option.

This has been a wonderful addition to my home and work. Easy to set up on my own. No concerns about scratching the screen. Very responsive touch screen. When there was an update download issue, with a little bit of reading finding and using the restoration functionality worked wonderfully.

Best Buy provided great customer service . I purchase my laptop and tablet through their third party service. The seller had to send me a replacement as the first item had some defects. I appreciate the expedient response and taking care of the situation.

Such a beautiful laptop. The black color is amazingly good-looking. The keyboard feels great. The only downside is Discord tend to be laggy and I'm not sure how to fix that.
