My daughter can do her homework and just points to where she is having trouble, so we can zoom in and I can assist her better. This laptop has all the features I wanted and the Best Buy associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very grateful!

Clean and sleek design and very fast and responsive. My laptop does 2 times more than my sisters apple pro. Only thing is that there aren't many different usb ports but i doubt I'll need it.

Nice Laptop for a busy mom

Right now I am mostly using it for ancestry research. It is so handy and very light so I can use it just about anywhere. I no longer have to run upstairs to our home office to our desk top do my research or even to pull up recipes for planning meals. I really love it!

I am very satisfied with the functioning of the laptop, and the make and the model specially the keyboard, keypad and smooth surface extending from the keyboard across the keypad.

My next computer was a disaster and I was so excited to see this! I've had it a little over a month now and I'm so happy with it. Great features like facial recognition to unlock and it's great for being on the go.

Graphics are awesome and with W10 the whole design is enhanced. I find the touch screen interaction a little uncomfortable but it’s not too bad, especially when used in combination with a drawing tablet.

It's the second one I've bought...this one for the kids, mine has the 256GB HD which I'd recommend for anyone who doesn't have considerable cloud storage. Bottom line...this is a portable that won't disappoint.

Even a font size 6 is readable from 20-24", enabling the user to see a large amount of data, e.g., Excel file or diagrams. The inherent CPU speed facilitates working on different files/apps simultaneously. The light weight makes it truly mobile. The staff at Best Buy made the selection and buying process efficient and effective.

I read the reviews before I bought it (mainly the 3 and 4 stars) so I thought I would share my opinion. I have had it for about a month and love it! It’s fast and has enough memory for what I need it for. If you are thinking of buying it, BUY IT!!!

The touch screen is a wonderful feature. I only really have one issue, I choose the silver color for my laptop and the interior has a felt like surface where your hands rest that can become discolored the more you use it. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars~

It's fast for most cloud-based applications leveraging the ssd. I use office 365 so it's perfect. It's lightweight and has great battery life for a windows machine

Great keyboard/touchpad, all around high quality without a lot of the annoying quirks (like touchpad sensitive to heavy palms) other vendors' laptops are possessed of.
