However, disappointing for this higher price end. Slower than any other PC in house side-by-side during speed tests. Processor unusually slow. Screens regularly freeze, goes round and round and will not open pages... Recent yellowing edge on screen and antennae appears to be bad and does not have all the software commands it should per Best Buy. Did purchase Extended Warranty, but took 2 weeks and mulitiple requests to finally get box to ship to service (Corona closure of store). NO SERVICE ORDER ever supplied by phone or email. Sent out May 14th and NO STATUS from Best Buy or info on tracking. 90 minute hold with Geek Squad. No prioritization of people that paid for Total Tech.

The screen would just randomly black out and freeze and I had to power it off. Returned it for a new one and it seems to be fine, might have just had a buggy unit.
