Bought this computer in July, it is good computer, but if I have another chance , I would like to choose apple product instead of Microsoft surface laptop.

The web security software did not work. The emailed key did not function. I got absolutely no help--nothing from any BB staff or management. Had to buy Norton instead.

This laptop has gotten me through nursing school and now going back to school for another degree it has many different files on it and downloads, documents, pictures. It has lasted me longer then i expected due to the fact of having so many files/documents on it. It even was in a car accident with me in a backpack and car was totaled the screen only has a couple crackes on it but still works like new.

This is the best laptop I have ever owned. It has been a savior for me with doing my school work along with being able to easily handle load videos and watch movies without experiencing any uses. The resolution also looks amazing. I am also a huge fan of the touch screen and the overall sleek and slim design of the laptop. I’ve had this for over a year now and it still is performing beautifully. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone in need of one.

I bought this laptop 3 days ago in place of a MacBook Pro 2018 because I was afraid of the keyboard failure on a $1,500+ laptop.
FIRST ARE THE ISSUES THEN THE GOOD STUFF;
Constant lag, freezing, rebooting, and loss of work. This laptop suffers from some serious lag and freezing issues in general. However the big issues are that when you close the lid to put the laptop to sleep, sometimes it just doesn't wake up. I had to hold the power button in a good 30 seconds before it rebooted and then it was fine for a bit until the following occurred. Next up I would sometimes open it from sleep, it would turn on, and then out of nowhere it would lag, freeze, and give me a blue screen about it sending the error report to Microsoft. Not something that should be happening on a 3 day old laptop when my 4 year old laptop has no such problems. And FINALLY sometimes you'll close the lid and walk away for a bit, come back, open it up, and all of the programs you just had open suddenly vanished without a trace. Not ideal for people in school who close their laptops mid project...
THE GOOD:
This laptop feels VERY premium and nice to hold in the hand, excellent speakers (probably the best out of any surface product), and a great trackpad/keyboard. Battery life was average, I expected better.
The included picture is actually one from someone else on Reddit who had the same issue as me (https://www.reddit.com/r/Surface/comments/b3nb6d/blue_screen_annoying_my_surface_laptop_keeps/ej5wfuz/) and we both received the same error.
