This in my opinion is one of the best windows laptops on the market. I would compare it to the Dell XPS 13 or the HP Spector 13. In my opinion this is better than both of those computers. It is solid in construction, extremely fast and has a good balance of preloaded software without it being bloated with garbage. Price wise it competes with other highend business laptops. I would by it again and again if I needed a windows laptop.

I enjoy the speed of this computer. It is so easy to carry and very lightweight. I enjoy using this laptop.

I got this computer mainly because I DJ and use Serato. This computer is just what I needed. It looks and feels cool. I use it for everyday use whether is surfing the net, checking my emails, Netflix, etc. Love the touch screen and overall feeling of the material and keyboard. I also really like the facial recognition, not matter the lighting, it recognizes you.

I was wanting a laptop coming from my surface pro 4. I wanted to try something other than just "Surface" line. I bought a HP laptop returned got way to hot. I then purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad was way to bulky not a great laptop overall touchpad etc. I was set on going to an Apple MacBook pro with the touch bar. I spent several days researching when I was talking to employee about the MacBook he asked what all I use my computer for etc. He asked if I had looked at the Surface Laptop I told him I had not and really wanted to go back to an Apple computer. As Specs go the surface is as good if not equal to MacBook Pro just missing usb C & touch bar. I already had the Surface dock so missing out on the usb C did not bother me to much. After a few hours in the store I decided on the Surface Laptop 2. I saved almost $700 comparing to the MacBook. I have been using exclusively Windows for the last 2 years so there was no big transition for me. I have no negatives about this unit Microsoft has stepped up their game with there hardware. If anyone is a die hard Apple fan as I was maybe give Microsoft a shot. Screen looks great track pad is the only area I wish was more "Apple" like. All in all great purchase and will use for many years.

Replaced my wife's previous laptop. Very light weight but sturdy. Not many plugins had to get the box to add a monitor and other usb ports.

Had it for more than six months. Got it during Christmas season at sale price. No problem at all. Fast and convenient. Wish it had more ports for different things.
