Very portable computer and fast. The battery drains a little faster than what I expected, but good value.

The screen, size, keyboard and overall system performance...decent. HOWEVER, the power supply stopped working and had to be unplugged from the wall to reset the it the first evening I had it running. Touchpad was horribly loud. Touchpad full clicks made the laptop sound like junk. Even using the tap function with the touchpad produced a pop when tapping on the lower half.

Great laptop for my college student. Light weight slim design user friendly a little pricey though

Ive had this machine for a month now and have only one complaint, the battery life isn't quite as long in the real world as it is in the manufacturers claims. I am not using it very heavily right now but I do need to plug in sooner than expected. That being said, it is super fast to start up and load my programs. The display is beautiful and the machine itself is sharp. I like the auto facial recognition sign in. The sound is great too.

This laptop is light, energy efficient and fast. The look and feel are very good and it operates great.

Although I returned this device for a Surface Pro 6 when it went on sale, I did think this was a very nice device. The build quality outstanding and it looks great. The boot time is quick and the Microsoft Hello sensor works great. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a low profile windows laptop.

The best laptop I ever owned in my life. It got my husband through business school and myself through a masters program. Easy to use. Long battery life. Touch screen is my favorite part, I also have a mouse but the touch screen is so easy I dont use it.

This is my first Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 13” Touchscreen and I love it! It’s a very easy to use computer! I think beginners and pros would love it! It’s comfortable and the screen is easy on the eyes. I use it for work and personal use! The programs run smoothly! Try it out! You will love it!

Ma father bought me these items as a birthday gift and it has been so wonderful waking every day and working! The mouse is so fun and easy to turn off and on. The laptop is so light, fast and fabulous! Solid state has change my life and watching any video is such a treat - the speakers and this thing are AWESOME!

Light weight and so easy to use! I am in love with this new windows laptop! I was trying to decide between Apple or Windows, I absolutely made the right choice for me. The size of this laptop allows me to take it with me wherever I go and not feel like I am lugging it around. It fits right in my purse!

Pretty good laptop. It’s sleek and lightweight, I mainly occupy it for college and it does it’s job. I love love love the keyboard, while typing the keyboard doesn’t make any noise which is good! The color is absolutely gorgeous. I really enjoy all aspects of this laptop. Let’s see how long it lasts!

This laptop I bought is very light and fast, its function l like, I am satisfied with this.

I have been using this now for a month and still loving it. It is so light weight and fast. The start up time compared with my other laptop is incredible. I have been able to do my notes for work, check email and watch Netflix's without any problems which is what I needed it for.

I very much liked my old Toshiba and would have looked for another were it available. I surveyed my college students as to which they liked and it was The Surface Laptop 2 that was recommended most. I am very pleased with it. It surpasses my Toshiba in speed and performance.

Purchased the computer over a year ago. Love it. Easy to use, BestBuy was very helpful in setting it up, love the color choices, and has all the functions I need. Love the touchscreen and scalability of the reading size.
