I was originally recommended this product by my friends who use surface laptop 1 and surface go. They all said the producta are so far so good. However, this new surface laptop 2 which was released in august, 2018 made me worried. And NO, I DO NOT recommend this product to others. It is expensive and I do not feel it's trust worthy. I believe products should be better with this price. （also, the sales has been going on for a while, and that meant something…）

The middle portion felt so mushy compared to the rest of the keys. Had to return.

I also find the mouse pad to be very finicky. I will make sure to pay attention to the keyboard of my next laptop.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the look and was happy with the laptop while working from home; however, when trying to upload photos from my iPhone, laptop says it's unable to connect to the device 90% of the time. When it does connect, it starts attempting to look for photos then freezes. I've tried fixing this and connecting with Microsoft Advisors online for about 45 minutes. Still no help and still not connected to anyone. Not a good sign. For this price point, there are certain minor things that you expect will work effortlessly. I'm really bummed because I like the laptop a lot and prefer going PC but I will probably return it.
