Laptops are my bread and butter in my business. I have tried all manufactures but never happy with their performance. You get what you pay for. Yes Microsoft cost more but what a great decision i made. The 13.5 inch is just the right size. Small, lite and travels easy. Very impressed with the colbalt blue color and love the soft keyboard. No problem with it as of now. It’s naked. No trial junk to take up memory. Very fast.

Great build quality and battery life. Excellent option for a student or working professional.

Great device, sleek design, fast, and responsive. Only wish they added a finger print scanner.

I really love this laptop. It's lightweight, has a great build quality and fits my needs perfectly.

We got this for my daughter who will be in Middle School this year. She really likes the pink color and marching pink arch mouse. It is lightweight and easy to type. We had some problems with set up. My daughter gave the wrong e-mail address of hers to set up as the administrator. It is something you can not change! It was very frustrating. I has to create a new e-mail account that she typed in so we could verify the set up. To this date, there is no answer to our problem.

I use this laptop to do my schoolwork. I needed a new one due to school being online now and my old one was slow. This one is great! the color is beautiful and it just looks really fancy. It runs fast I have no issues with that aspect. The only reason why I wouldn't give it a five-star rating is because of the battery life. It is not great especially with how much you're paying for it. I feel like I always need to have it on the charge. That sucks but I only use it at home anyway.

I think this laptop is good for developers or if you work with spread sheets all the time. Screen quality is decent, and it being touchscreen doesn't hurt. Speakers are built into the keyboard so they sound pretty wide. Build quality is good, but mine creaked every time I put my hands down to start typing. Aside from that, this is an easy recommendation for a good work laptop.

Purchased this laptop as a gift for my mom. I wanted someone that was simple and easy to use as she is not very tech-savy. OS comes with Windows 10 and it's display ratio is 3:2 + 1440p resolution, which makes viewing the screen much more closer and more clear for her eyes. Battery life is top notch but the only gripe she has is the keyboard keys feel very flat, which can be a con depending on yout typing preference.

Love these laptops. Super slim and sleak. Especially for ease of portability when traveling.

great computer weightless great battery super fast loading speed perfect for college

I went through 2 of these Surface Laptops, and I really wanted to like it. The 3:2 screen is excellent for productivity, the keyboard is wonderful to type on, and the alcantara finish on the inside is super comfortable. But after going through 2 of these and having similar issues between them, I decided to get something else. The first one had an issue with the fans where they would sound like they were constantly and quickly revving up and down in speed. Like a car trying to turn over. Not just that, but there was a static buzzing noise under the keyboard, right near the F12 key. I exchanged it for another one, and while the fans were much better on the new laptop, the annoying buzzing sound remained. Looking online, the buzzing sound has been a common complaint since the laptop's launch, and the most Microsoft has done to address it is apparently telling people that it's 'normal'. I'm sorry, but an electrostatic-sounding buzz under the keyboard should not normal for any laptop. It's very audible and very annoying if you're in a quiet room.

Bought for my son for college. He loves it. Very light. Easy to set up. Great product.
