Purchased this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She switched from a macbook air to this. The quality is on par if not better than the macbook air. She also loved the color that is subtle enough to not look so flashy but colorful enough to give it a elegant and premium feel. It not only matches the macbook air in every way but it also has a touch screen and windows hello! I would definitely recommend

Our startup uses Microsoft Surface laptops, and from a performance perspective, they are awesome. I really like them. Super lightweight, awesome monitor, very fast. The main problem is reliability. We've had 2 laptops arrive dead on arrival (blue screen of death every few hours), one laptop lasted 5 months and another laptop lasted just under 2 years. These laptops sit on a desk, plugged into a docking station and almost never move. For a $1300 laptop, I figured they would last a bit longer. They have pretty severe quality issues. In all cases, it seemed to be the SSD. The warranty replacement is pretty seamless (takes about 2 weeks, return the laptop via mail). For laptops beyond the 1 yr warranty, Microsoft does offer a $450 replacement - probably because they have so many unhappy customers. Given the laptop will not last very long, basically consider it to be a $1750 laptop when comparing with other options.

I just purchased this machine about 4 days ago. I had to purchase it twice. The first one I purchase was defective and I had to exchange it. I must say this new one it working great and i must say though I just bought it I really do love it. I had the surface pro 7 and decided to upgrade and go with the laptop 3 and so far no regrets what so ever. I love premium feel to it and love the matte black color. I would totally recommend this laptop.

Love this computer. Everything is great. It’s light for carrying around and software is amazing!

This is a great computer for my son for college. The only issue we had with it was we had to spend another $130 to add Microsoft office , which to us was crazy since it was a Microsoft computer! Then find out the college offered it to all their students for free. So check with the college before you purchase anything extra. Lesson learned!

I love this laptop! I was instantly attracted to it because of the beautiful Sandstone color. I like the touch screen aspect and how it comes with so much already programed into it, a great security system and firewall as well. I was at the point with my old laptop where it was just way too slow and so I'd use my Ipad instead.. It is so much nicer actually having a laptop that works well and works fast too!
