This computer is everything. I was hesitant at first, but this computer is definitely underrated. I didn’t want to buy into the hype of Apple. From classes online to gaming with cousins in different countries, this laptop is it!!!

Wife upgraded from the previous Surface. Lil did we know that several consumers complained about laptop locking up. well guess what so did ours. it is a nice laptop, she is happy with it so far besides locking up once in awhile.

I am so in love with this laptop. From the quality to the hardware. I don't know why i took this long to buy one. The specs on this will be good enough until the next decade. And I can always upgrade the SSD to 2 tb in the future which adds true life to the laptop. Enjoy!

Overall decent computer but a few critical notes - it does not have a physical power button. No idea why the developers thought this was a good idea. You HAVE to open the screen to turn it on, and to sleep either close the screen or click it in power settings - easy if you're just using it as a laptop, but insane if you have it connected to a dock with external monitors. The all-aluminum case seems durable, but scratches so easily that it looks "old" within a week. Don't let the word 'surface' fool you - the screen does not detach, and it does not fold all the way over - so it's just a laptop (I knew that - but other might not before buying). Only one USB port and no video port, basically forcing you to have a dock. This is one of those units that you can tell the people who designed it have never and would never actually use it.

The product is good. But I ran into charger issue because it is an open box. Charger did not work. Waited for replacement for two weeks. Never arrived because of back order. Manager finally gave me one from store. It did not work at the beginning. Hope it will work out as time goes by.

Excelente for productivity and heavy software with beautiful aesthetics. I've used it for school throughout my engineering degree programs and I have not have any issues.

I got this laptop delivered way earlier than expected which is awesome! Great quality, I was surprised that the sound system is great in this laptop! it gets very loud and it sounds amazing! I highly recommend this laptop! Way to go Microsoft!

I had an old Surface that stopped working after 4 years so I was planning on buying an updated Surface, but realized I almost never used it as a tablet...always used it as a laptop, so I decided to buy this. Very pleased so far.

The laptop is great. The screen definition is perfect for viewing detailed drawing and photos; a must for my usage. The computer is durable and fast with plenty of memory. This was my newest computer purchase in 5 years.

I bought this computer for my husband last year for Christmas, unfortunately it was stolen. He asked for the exact same one as a replacement because he just loved everything about it!!

The product has some automatic sleep issues because of the default settings. It sometimes doesn't come out of sleep mode easily. All potential customers should be warned. Had to change the settings to make it behave and not go into a death sleep as often.

This is my second Surface. Love this computer! Thin profile and huge screen are wonderful. Love the responsive keyboard and the crisp clear screen. BTW I still have my first Surface and it works great.

A pretty great machine, especially at the price. It does have an issue of running out of battery rather quickly despite the 11+ hour battery life. I would say I get 6 hours max just from running a few tabs and having spotify or zoom open.
