Bought this for my daughter. Had it shipped to her. With that I am very pleased with how easy it was to purchase online. Shipping only took about five days, arriving sooner than expected.

Runs college engineering programs. Needs longer battery life. apps open in small tab. But pretty good for a laptop running the programs I couldn’t run on Mac

I was a PC user to begin with. Then I fell in love with MacBook. I have been using MacBook exclusively at home and PC at work. Then it came the time to have a PC at home too. One reason is the different features of Microsoft Word between PC and Mac. I ordered this one based on the review. I am not impressed by the keyboard. It feels hollow underneath. When I type, the keyboard "bounces" a bit. It seems to be built of some kind of plastic. Overall, it doesn't seem to be of the quality at this price level. Performance wise, I am still figuring it out.

If you can live without a detachable screen, this is a better value then book 3, you can save a few hundred bucks plus get better quality speakers.

I love this laptop. The keyboard is soft to touch and it starts up very quickly. My only complaint would be having just one USB port. It’s a hassle with using my wireless keyboard mouse and having my printer plugged in at the same time.

This has been the best laptop I've ever had! I love the touchscreen, too! Easy set up and have never had any problems with it.

Just the balance that at least I was looking for. Endorsed by some, criticized by others but for me the 'best' is and will be everything that fits my needs, this laptop has what I needed

Good quality, at the beginning for some reason laptop use to hang and we need to restart the system. But that problem is now solved by itself. It also heats up a bit, the cooling fan makes a lot of noise.

Was a great laptop... Fast, sleek and reliable. I say "was" because 2 weeks ago, after Microsoft released a software update. My laptop is now a useless metal brick. There seems to be a known issue with the recent Surface OTA update, as my Surface Laptop was not the only unit to experience this issue. Unit froze after update. I have tried all possible avenues - hard reset, etc... Nothing has worked. Since unit was already out of warranty (ended March 2021) I decided to take unit apart to see if any interior connections might have come loose. Nothing is physically wrong with unit and unit is new inside, which confirms that the recent software update caused my laptop to be DOA. Since it is out of mfg warranty, Microsoft wants me to spend at least $400 sending it back to them to correct an issue that their own software created. This matter has left a very bad taste in my mouth. This is not my first surface device, as I have had 2 surface pro's previously, with no issues. Now I am left with a useless laptop, not even 2 years old that originally cost me $1400. Time to look beyond Surface devices if you want reliable products that are supported by their manufacturer, when they cause the issue that damaged your unit.

Really like this laptop so far. Great picture quality.It is a little heavier from what ive had in the past but im sure ill get use to it. Great buy

I purchased this laptop during Black Friday of 2019 to replace my same-year MacBook Pro. I am a pro-level user, so I opted for the i7 with the upgraded memory to suit my needs. The biggest issue I face with the laptop is while using Adobe Lightroom the laptop quickly becomes hot and the CPU thermal throttles, reducing its performance to the point that I need to wait for the computer to finish loading before I can continue on with the next task. It is frustrating purchasing a premium laptop to only be limited to entry-level uses such as browsing the internet without any issues. The casing is fully plastic which I never had a problem with, but it can squeak when handling the laptop. While this does not affect the laptop and I enjoy the design, it is something you don’t expect in a $1,000+ laptop. One of the benefits is that the trackpad is one of the best trackpads I have used in a laptop and once one learns the multi-touch functions it is very convenient to use. Looking back at it now, I should have waited for the Surface Book 3 or stayed with my previous laptop.

I’m still having learning issues on the laptop. Esp having icon shows up on control panel and task bar. Also , unable to figure how to get emails on the computer

I bought this to laptop for my business & I love it, it’s easy to use, fast & so much storage. I love the face recognition for safety.

I switched from Apple to Microsoft and I’ve never made a better decision. This laptop has been great since day 1 and I have had no issues whatsoever.

So far things have been fine. I have used It mostly for my yoga classes on zoom the camera is great and the display is very clear.

Always been in the Mac OS world ... needed a PC based laptop and this may be as close as it gets ... capable machine with good aesthetics.

Worked right out of the box, easy setup and very well built. Would recommend to anyone wanting a simple but robust solution.

High potential. The version I had, the fan ran loud, and had to upgrade to Surface Book 3, which has no fan and is quiet.

Got for a gift and love it, Had the detachable surface and was not impressed with the lack of battery life. But love this!

Great computer, very user-friendly and efficient at getting a wide range of tasks done. Would recommend over a MacBook.
