The sleek essence, and functionality is fine and as I expected. Two things I wish I had known prior to the purchase: 1. It will not connect to a monitor unless its wireless, and 2. There are only two ports for standard attachments. Otherwise its fine.

After some disaster quality control experiences with 4 other major laptop brands. I finally switched to the surface laptop. A few highlights: 1. Most importantly at least for my own experience: Quality Control. I am tired of getting new devices with QC issues but the surface laptop I received is perfect. 2. Nice screen color and resolution. 3. Excellent build quality. 4. One of the best keyboard and touchpad combination on the market. A few compromises: 1. Screen is too glossy to use in a sunny day even for in door use. 2. Power connector is awkward. Although it's magnetic, it's still too loose. 3. Too few ports. Only 1 usb-a + 1 usb-c. Even 1 more usb-c would make it a much more versatile device. It would be even better if it has a sd-card reader.

This is a great, solid computer. Performs quick with the 16GB memory. With so much online storage, 256GB SSD is plenty of space for regular usage of a computer. This computer is well a very good deal.

Do NOT buy this laptop! It looks amazing and at first seems great but there is a huge problem that Microsoft still haven’t fixed since launch. When plugged into a charger the laptop battery gets insanely hot and the fan begins to go at full speed and at times you hear a grinding noise. This is with just one tab open on google chrome and no background apps running. People are getting blue screens because the laptop and battery get so hot! I thought it was just bad luck with the one I got but there is a 26 page Microsoft forum with people having this problem and Microsoft has no clue how to fix it. I returned mine after only 2 days of using it. Do not waste your money on this laptop until they fix this problem!

The Surface laptop 3 is taking some getting used to. I like; it appears to be a pretty decent laptop. I have noticed it does get warm when I have it on my lap after about 30 or 40 minutes of use. I have not used it enough to give a detailed review.

I waited to purchase and was not sure about the color; however, I love it. It is sleek, lightweight and I love the color. Bought to store and manage all my digital pictures to scrapbook.

It's really Amazing. I don't regret purchasing this Item, it was the perfect gift for my Mom. The color was prettier than I expected it to be in real life. It really gives it a premium look.

Bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves it and uses it every single day. Hasn't had any issues, she loves it. Rose Gold color was perfect for her.

This laptop is perfect. It is fast, small and has a nice keyboard. I don't use the touch screen often, but it is a nice feature to have when I need it.

Perfect for my on the go need. With the addition of word I am able to write as an Author yet I am able to do everyday work and enjoyment from a lightweight touch screen computer.

If you are looking for a light and easy to carry laptop, buy this one! The screen resolution is excellent and I like that the screen is more like a tall rectangle.

Without a doubt the best laptop out there. We have purchased over a dozen in the past few months and love them. The i7 processor is a nice step up from the i5.

With online school, I use my laptop 24/7. It runs well and doesn't get hot. Having multiple tabs open on different web browsers doesn't slow it.
