I was gonna go with Mac apple but then I would have to use their products. This one is fast love the touch and love the clear picture.

Disappointingly, there is no right click on the touch pad. Keyboard backlight only stays on for a few seconds. Other than that I am very happy with it.

The keyboard, trackpad, and screen are great and the battery life is okay. It runs fairly well with the Ryzen CPU but isn't quite as "snappy" as I would like.

This laptop is sleek, and the keyboard is a dream. However, the screen size appears smaller than what I expected for 15". Also, the big no is that the screen glossiness was causing eye strain (to the point of nausea) in the short time I opened it. MS needs to create one that's matte (and maybe lose the touch feature if needed) or look to other touch screens that don't cause this issue. Finally, i think if the screen were wider or to the edges, it would look like more space.

I purchased the laptop for my husband so he could continue teaching his students from home. The school that he works for has not replaced the laptops the school issued over 5 to 7 years.

We canceled the order for this item as we had “settled” on a smaller screen than actually desired. Overall, we liked the product very much but never took possession.

My daughter purchased this technology for her use in school and she has been very satisfied with all the functions that it does. She’s impressed with how she can multitask

The first one I received stopped turning on, so I had to exchange it for another one in the store. Computer itself works well, no problems with this one.

Great laptop, highly recommend it. I will say that ultimately it didn't have the gaming power I was looking for but that this isn't a gaming laptop

Fantastic laptop, the best I've ever owned. It's lightweight with a premium feel. It's fast, has a long battery life, and the screen is just as good ad my OLED.

Very good quality overall but disappointed that it lacks a display port. Comes with a USB-B and USB-C port but wish it would have one more B port.

I upgraded to this beauty from a 2009 Sony Viao which I luved, but now not so sad, this Surface screams fast with any browser and is just so slick! Never looking back.

My old lap top was six years old! Needed and upgrade. The HP Surface has met expectations. Provides quality viewing, quality sound, fast processing. Great product!

My choice was between a MacBook Air or Microsoft Surface Laptop. I've never owned a Mac and desperately wanted one. After viewing them both in the store, Microsoft won by a landslide.

Great laptop for the money! I have been a MAC user for the last 10+ years and had to make the switch. I was nervous but so far have been thrilled with the laptop! Very high Quality!

Best Buy is always so helpful with great staff. Great products at great prices. Bought a Microsoft surface labtop and is the perfect investment for school and any needs.

Do yourself a favor and get an external keyboard because the keyboard on this is not user friendly. Also an external mouse. I feel that I wasted $1,500 on this laptop. The charger stopped working as well which is not cheap to buy a new one.

Good balance of power and economics in order to accomplish many essential and power hungry tasks. Pretty decent graphics to go with it.

Good Service and works exactly as described out of the box. The only thing is, the current design, which eliminates the bezel, also reduces the buffer which protects the screen from touching the casing. If you have any sand or dirt between the glass and the case theres a good chance the screen will break when completely closed. We got ours fixed by microsoft but it took an act of congress

This is a great laptop! My wife has a MacBook Pro and this feels just like it in the build quality and material I would recommended this to anyone.
