I chose the 15", a matter of personal taste. I think the extra screen space is nice. Well built, light weight and a nice screen. Boots fast and the face id works well. The system drive is a little small but external storage is cheap. I have had no issues so far and I am very pleased with the purchase.

The sales associate I worked with at Best Buy was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I was looking for in a laptop. He led me to the Microsoft Surface 3 which was basically a plug in and go. Very easy setup and I was doing everything I needed to in a matter of minutes! Very glad I stayed with an operating system that I was familiar with.

I had to upgrade to a more professional and sleek laptop and I have chosen the Laptop 3. The interface is light and I love how the 15" makes a huge difference. I wanted to save more money so I opted to a Open Box Excellent Condition, all the parts were still intact with no scratches on the screen and cover.. Would recommend to anybody!

Since he would be the major user on this device, we chose this laptop. He is very pleased with its performance. The only con per se, is how thin it is, could easily slip out of his grip. We purchase a hard case and screen protectors for it. We were able to purchase an 'Open Box Buy' wegot a great deal!!

First thing I did out of the box was to upgrade to Win10 Pro. Started to install and set it up the way I like it and it restarted right in the middle. Start setup again and it restarts again. Tried to fix with fresh install of Win10 still having the same problem. Just tonight I booted from a USB and deleted all the partitions. So far so good.
