We purchased it for our grandson as he's an 8th grader this year & is using it for his classes. This is our 2nd laptop, the first one we purchased on spring break as our other grandson would be needing it for his class. Both love their laptops.

I purchased this 2 years ago and I hardly used it. I started to use it as my main work laptop and the screen died after a few weeks. All I did was wipe it with a clorox wipe after my sick toddler sneezed on it! Never buying another Microsoft laptop or device! Compare it to my old Lenovo laptop and that thing lasted me years and wiping it down was fine. I'm using that one again now.

This laptop has surprised me with the speed and steadiness of its design. The Ryzen Processor, from a company on the fast track for best value and performance, only helps to make this system feel even better to use.

I had always been a Microsoft based user, in college I had a Surface Pro 3. I was never into MacBooks but always liked the design. The surface laptop 3 is a phenomenal piece of hardware. I currently use for light gaming, everyday use and occasional work.

Service was excellent. Out of the box it had charging issues which were addressed & fixed. Great store to buy from. We checked price directly against Microsoft and found that the Best Buy card was the better deal.

I bought this laptop for my step daughter. She is a teacher and it was fanatic for their virtual learning last school year. She is also a college student so it just checks all the needed boxes for her.

It's a 15" touch-screen laptop. It's a slim and lightweight laptop. It's no problem to use daily school works using Microsoft Office, YouTube, zoom meetings, basic computer programming, and so on.

I needed to replace my HP laptop and wanted to try something like what a Powerbook or Macbook. I researched and chose this Surface Pro. I am liking all the features. Very slim and lightweight also for the size.

Had a great look and feel, but kept dropping internet, while the computer next to it kept going. Also, would get very hot on the bottom. I returned it.

The design and feel of the laptop is great. But I can't understand why it needs to reserve 2GB for video RAM. With the base model of 8 GB, only 6 GB is available for use by the OS, drivers and Apps. It's crazy. Phones nowadays have that much RAM. There should be at least a BIOS option to decrease the reserved RAM if the user doesn't need it (eg. not playing games).

i love my laptop!!!! i purchased it for my business and it has been amazing!!! i always had a MacBook but switching over was the best thing that i could have did !!! definitely recommend!!!

Im an aspiring writer and podcaster and this computer has everything I need. Im not super tech savvy but this computer is far beyond the best laptop Ive ever had. I love the 15" screen too.

The Microsoft Surface was a purchase for my senior in high school who has a term paper to write. This will be able to serve her for this and the next few years in college. Priced affordably as well.

This device is the first windows system that I have ever owned. I’m very pleased with it and it has made my business a lot easier to create documents, scheduling, presentations and videos.

The computer works good and it is fast! I don't think the pen I bought to go with works very well though! I have to click on things several times to get it to work right and that is very frustrating.

Sleek, light weight and ok fast. Not too happy with the screen. Found crack in screen, but never dropped it. Also screen shows prints and marks way too easy.

Very sleek and lightweight. Still figuring out all the bells and whistles, but it’s easy to navigate. Great speed, too. The picture is phenomenal. Wish it wasn’t made in China, though.

I love my new computer; everyone was so helpful when I purchased it and also when I needed a bit of help setting it up. My Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 is so fast and the 15" screen is wonderfully true to real life.

I fell in love with surface products since the Surface RT. I have thoroughly enjoyed the updates and the surface laptop 3 is a much needed and refreshing addition to their products.
