I purchased this for my son for school and I am absolutely impressed how wonderful this laptop is. My first using a windows product.

I was in urgent need of a laptop for a new employee. Best Buy had what I needed and was able to pick it up a couple of hours later. Perfect!

I bought this laptop for school and assumed it would be a really great computer, however, the day I got it and played around with it it turned off and on a few times. I looked over the problem and didn’t address it until it started happening again and again and again, almost a daily issue. When I was doing my school it turned off 4 times and I had to keep redoing my homework over and over again each time. I googled if this happens to anyone else and it surely does. They suggested adjusting the sleep settings and battery settings to a higher time and I thought it was finally working, but a few days after I did that it started turning off and on again. Then my last straw with this thing was when the screen completely froze. I had to force shut it down and then I finally returned it for a new and DIFFERENT laptop. Less than 3 weeks I had that thing. I would not recommend this for anyone who wants a quality computer. Upside is it’s a light laptop and attractive looking.

Excellent laptop, only complaint is I wish they would’ve put USB ports on right hand side of laptop and charging port on left hand side.

There were a few hiccups but with all that’s going on it was understandable, the price on the product was great and delivered promptly.

Once I started to ramp up the workload on this laptop, it would intermittently shut down or freeze which means that I have not been able to use it fully since the day I bought it. Microsoft Surface Support are very skilled at reading the same support resources as I am and have done little to instill confidence in this product. I am now in the process of getting my THIRD replacement unit but not looking forward to receiving it only to set it up, run a whole series of updates, re-install my software appplications with a high likelihood that I will have to spend many more hours trying to work with Surface Support.

Purchased for son for school. He says it’s great for everything he does and uses it for. It was at a great price and value.

I love that this PC is totally interchange with power supplies as the full surface pro is. Can’t beat its function and quality for the price point!

This Microsoft surface laptop really rivals the latest MacBook. But I prefer Microsoft, this is an amazing laptop and I’m very happy with it.

Great laptop. Was actually going in to buy a MacBook Air and ended up leaving with this. The display is great and battery life has been good as well.

As with all Microsoft computers this is a awesome product it is lightweight great design and style would recommend to everybody.

The laptop keep dropping wifi off, so needed to ask geek squad to fix the issue.

The best computer I ever bought. The computer it’s beautiful and really fast I use it for my collage and It’s the best thing ever.

It was an open box item, but it works fine. The one USB C and USB A would really require a docking station for home use.

Set up was easy. Normally I get assistance in set up, but did this with no problems.

I love this computer. I use it for work and it is all that I need. I love the 15" screen and yet how compact the computer is.

Great computer for the price point intel also great alternative but Ryzen renders video editing quicker
