I have recently purchased this because of the fact that I was going back to college and was in dire need of a new laptop. Through out the years I have always use Microsoft but was never opposed to using a Mac. I'm glad I made the choice to go with this. Not only it has a sleek and very hip appearance, but it also have the functionality of it being easy to use and navigate through its processing unit. I've known that Mac is prone to viruses so that too was a plus!!

My old computer wouldn't work for me anymore so I had to buy a new one. This is perfect for everything I need to do and more. Its processor is fast and the battery life is great for on the go travel. I would recommend using the power save mode or your battery will run out alot quicker and you'll be rushing for a charger. The keys are nice to type on and the track pad feels so smooth. The lack of ports on the sides is concerning but so far I haven't missed them at all.

Slim and quick. Love using it. Couldn't imagine life without it.

The school district gave us iPads and they work about 20% of the time. I decided to buy this for my second grader so he could ACTUALLY participate. It was a great buy, he has intuitively picked up the form factor, including the touch screen and is far more productive than many others in his class. This is the first Ryzen processor I've had but it is fast and no difference for anything we do from an Intel processor. Great device!

Case study: I got this laptop for my father, who needs a fast laptop to run simple excel spreadsheets and occasionally allow me to photoshop or edit some photos / documents. Who is this for? This laptop is incredible for anyone who needs to have the power to do basic to advanced graphic designs or anything in the adobe suite. With the specifications on this device, I cannot see it doing 3D renderings or renderings of any kind really (you're going to need something else). User experience: 10/10 Flawless design from Microsoft this time around. It's amazing, responsive, snappy, fast, and highly compatible. Maintain this level of quality, Microsoft, and I'll never go back to Apple products. Your new mantra should be, "we maintain and improve." Price Point: 10/10 After tax: around $1200. It's incredible for what you're getting. And if you're buying it at select stores, there may be a student discount. Overall: 100/100 I highly recommend people get this laptop for any portable document conquering device.

The size and design is great. It’s lightweight. It is a little slow for developing applications. I need to have multiple programs open. It works well for Zoom conferences and using a few programs at the same time.

I am 64 years old and this laptop is a great pickup to use for business, Internet surfing, and music. Not at all close to being intimidating the laptop guides you very well on how to get started. I use the surface on a daily basis and it is quick on its feet. The touch screen comes in handy especially with arthritis.

t's a well-made laptop that has plenty of power for the average user and now comes with a wonderfully large 15-inch screen with a browser-friendly 3:2 ratio. Throw in a great trackpad, decent keyboard, and some nice extras like the facial recognition features in Windows 10, and you have solid, lightweight machine

What a difference in speed and functionality Plus it is half the weight We picked it because the sales rep at the Woodruff Road Best Buy told us that everything in it was made by Microsoft All the hardware and all the software. Plus it looks great Platinum model

Bought this laptop for myself so that I didn’t have to share with my wife’s desktop. Really like the screen size and uncluttered look of the tablet.Highly recommend this Microsoft Surface.Easy to pick up and learn right from the start.The buttons have a nice high quality feel when typing and the battery life is amazing.

I was looking for a lighter option of computers, and I was between a MacBook and the surface. At the beginning I felt skeptical because choosing the Surface but it is so practical and easy to understand that I’m happy with this option.

Portability is terrific, as is speed. Internet connectivity is not always as consistent as our other laptops (Windows and Chromebooks), which was surprising. Overall pleased.

Love this laptop, extremely thin. Get the 15 inch, it's still a very small profile and a great screen on it's own. I wish it had a mute mic button, or a number pad like the HP but the Alcantara finish is awesome...feels like leather seats.

The portability make it a joy to carry around and still possess a well around laptop. The crystal touch screen display is epic. Bought the basic 15’ model. Plan to upgrade the entry SSD to something more practical thanks to its serviceable storage.

I bought this laptop for my son in college, he loves it. Very fast and light, does all the latest laptop applications. We originally bought HP 360, my son suggested we get him the Surface.

The look of this purchase was a plus. It is Light and slender and exactly what I was looking for. It was easier and faster to use. It is An improvement from my previous laptop.

This laptop is lightweight, fast, and ultra functionable. Best purchase I've made in a long time. I was considering a macbook but the features on the surface surpassed the macbook and cost less!!!
