I use this labtop for graduate classes. I love the size and it is very lightweight. I just wish I purhcased the model that folds to turn it into a tablet. It has a touchscreen but what's the use if I can't use it as a tablet.

I have a Surface Laptop 13.5 inch with core i5 and 128 GB storage. I really like the laptop but I prefer the bigger screen of this 15 inch. I know that the processor is not as good as the intel but I sacrificed processor for a bigger screen and log price. So far it is good for middle of the road productivity for work and home.

My new Microsoft computer replaces my old one I purchased in 2012. A lot of wonderful changes have taken place in that time. It’s so smooth to operate. It’s easier to find websites and get a clear view. I debated between the 13 1/2” screen and the 15.” Happy that I chose the 15 inch screen. It’s slim and still fits my computer case for travel.

Purchased this laptop primarily for writing/typing and I couldn't be happier with it. It is lightweight and portable to allow me to do my writing anywhere comfortably. The keypad tactile response is just right to allow for comfortable typing. Overall a well-performing and also solidly-built lightweight laptop.

    My first Microsoft computer

I’ve always used Apple computers. This is my first Microsoft/windows laptop. I bought it because I needed something quick while in a budget. After seeing several YouTube reviews I was sold. Once I got it and began to use it (google suite, web browsing, Netflix, YouTube) for the basics, no issues. I felt that my transition was pretty simple. Being an Apple user, I felt the windows OS was pretty simple to get use to it. Concerns: I feel that battery life is an area of concern. Even with low screen brightness, Bluetooth off, battery setting on “better battery” options, I feel the battery drains pretty quick, even when doing normal web browsing. Also, even though it comes with a gaming graphics card, this laptop is really not intended for gaming. Maybe if you modify it, maybe but at it comes nope. I installed football manager, and after 15 mins of playing it became unplayable. Unit got extremely hot and began to slow down. If you plan on gaming with this, maybe go a different route.

    Great Laptop for College

This is a great laptop for college students. It's really accessible, and it has great graphics and audio. There are only two issues that I have with the laptop. One is that there is only the ability to plug in a USB, a USB-C, an aux cord, and the charger. If you want to do anything else, you will more than likely need to purchase a "block" (Microsoft makes one). The second problem, is that I feel like I always have to recharge it. Even though the laptop needs to be charged a lot and the laptop has few things that can be plugged in at once, I would still recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for a laptop in college.

Nice lightweight computer. Will certainly serve my needs... just a personal computer... with the smaller screen the fonts are a bit small but can make necessary adjustments. Disappointed Microsoft no longer has Microsoft money app. Speakers are good and like the touch screen and Face ID.

The laptops profile is excellent. Its thin, super light weight and has a large trackpad. The display is excellent with thin bezel. The processing power is good and was able to tackle developer tools, video editing tools and MS office apps without any issues.

Love the Surface. It replaced the Apple Air and although heavier seems to be sturdier and very well made. Fast, large screen, and fits better with other business applications than the Apple, at least for me.

it's a nice machine, nice feel in that it really doesn't seem as large as a 15 inch screen. AMD processor and just 8 GB memory more than adequate, touchscreen very responsive. I bought 2 and have had a couple weeks, easy set up.

Normally, I'm not a fan of doing reviews and even more so not a fan of tech companies. Also, I'm not paid by Best Buy nor anybody to do this review. I'm not a big fan of Microsoft or Bill Gates with all of his involvement in vaccines and the shady things he's involved in. I however must say when deciding whether to buy a Mac or Windows lap top, I was conflicted. I can totally afford to buy a Mac but because of compatibility issues, had to decide what type of Windows laptop to buy. I have had so many issues with HP, so they were out of the question immediately, then I started looking at others but for the value, this computer was not just the best value but WELL worth the money. The OS is so clean and runs so smoothly and I must say I am beyond impressed with this purchase!
