Speakers buzz when listening to speech. Wi-Fi turns off when computer over heats. Computer gets very warm when watching YouTube videos at double speed after 20 to 30 minutes, then shuts down Wi-Fi Had computer shut down once after about 2 hours of work. Computer is okay if you don't multitask for to long. I have a feeling why the computer was a discounted return. I was told the previous owner returned it only after 5 days.

Product is light and durable and was shipped in great condition. This product was easy to set up and does not over heat through a work days load of tasks. A powerful system allows for quick and easy functions.

We purchased this for my daughter to start college because her MacBook wasn’t working. She loves it and all the extra functions like face recognition and touch. It’s fast and runs smooth and is super light!

Lightweight, ultra thin laptop. Beautiful screen clarity, and great performance. Microsoft makes some good hardware, just a little pricey compared to other brands. But the fit and quality is worth it imo.

This actually was a really nice thin and lightweight laptop. I actually ended up returning it. i ended up wanting a tablet with pen support and I could be turn into a laptop if needed.

Love how thin and lightweight this computer is. Its a little odd in operation. It will suddenly shut down for no reason. Overall a great computer for my needs.

Purchased the AMD Ryzen 5 version of this laptop. It is a very well built laptop with a gorgeous screen, also the aspect ratio is perfect for web browsing. Don't expect this version to be a powerhouse though.

This does exactly what I want it to do. I am very happy with it and I believe I am a surface user for life. I have been using this for a month or two now and I had a Surface 4 and all the accessories work with both.

Crisp picture, fast speed. I had the laptop in a case and the laptop sleeve of a bag and the screen still cracked the entire way across.

i returned a laptop i had just bought but had issues with and easily returned it and selected one that better suited my needs, so far very pleased with that one.

Great Laptop for the money. I previously used the Surface Book with detachable keyboard and the performance and battery were terrible. This is much better and doesn't get unbearably hot either.

Love it, love it, love it. Great computer for school and it was on sale for 899$ for a 15 inch is an amazing deal. Favorite thing is screen resolution, keyboard feedback, and battery life.

Overall was very disappointing for the price I paid, laptop was glitching and over heating, had to return it in exchange for another one.

Great quality. Had my brother who is a computer engineer help me pick out a laptop. He choose this one for me and so far I have loved it. Well designed and well built. Love the magnetic charging feature.

I love how light it will s and the fact it is easy to use. I enjoy the usb plug in on the side so I can transfer data to my printer or add info to this lap top. I would recommend this labtop to anyone

surface are the smoothest windows laptop. this screen on this one is amazing. the software and hardware work together making for less problems with windows. the screen is very clear.

Works great, easy to use and efficient so far. This is a replacement of the more expensive one which I had issues with twice so decided to try this model instead.

Quite an upgrade from my old Dell. This Surface laptop is super fast with powerful processing speed. The screen is very large and with the Surface pen so much easier to browse and guide with.

I was debating between MacBook Air or this Microsoft surface. I picked the surface because of the 15” inch screen. It’s a Perfect size and easy to use.

So far its been a great journey. However, one thing i will say is that when you are super multitasking, and i mean on a docking station with 3 monitors extended and grinding for an hour or 2, you will hear the fan! Otherwise, when used as a school laptop by itself to do normal stuff its very reliable and good with 4k video. I do however, wish i would of gotten the metal version rather than the mat, since the mat eventually becomes worn from the sides or leaves hand prints.
