It’s a very reliable computer and I am in college and it’s an easy computer to navigate and great camera. It’s my first computer purchase and I’ve never been happier!

I love this product. It does not have a lot of storage mind you but for the price it couldn’t be beat. Especially for a Microsoft labeled 15 inch laptop.

This laptop is very efficient and effective for all the applications that i use it for. Graphics are great. Lightweight and can be easily maintained and maneuvered with one hand.

Been using the Surface Laptop 3 15" for almost a year. I haven't had any problems so far. Battery life is the same as when I purchased it.

In love with this laptop. I am a apple fan everything I have is apple however when I see this laptop I feel in love with it and I got it and it was a great choice

Perfect for my daughter for distance learning - love the touch screen. It was easy to set up and use - also love the security face recognition feature.

We got this laptop on sale for my brother going away to college. He uses it everyday and loves it that it’s touch screen. The screen is big and very high def.

I got this for my son to do school work and for me to do some work from home. Well it was doing good until only having it for two weeks it would freeze, go to black or sleep mode then take forever to load. It first started by just dimming. I spent two hours on the phone with Geek Squad to just end up having to return it for a new one. I am so grateful I got the protection as well just in case this happens again. Beware that it could malfunction.

I am very satisfied with this computer. I love how quickly it turns up, the face recognition and that it's super light weight! It works very well for work and home!

I’ve always been a Apple product person but this was a nice change I love how you can flip it from a tablet to laptop

Bought it for my college student. He says it's okay. He used an ipad throughtout highschool so this was an adjustment for him. His stand out complaint is that the updates are weird. For example, brightness adjustment wasn't working but it didn't say it needed an update to correct the issue. Overall, he likes it though. I just hope it's durable because he's only been using at home so far. Once he goes to inperson learning, it'll be a real test with him taking it around with him. Fingers crossed. :)

great looking laptop. Setup was easy. It starts up fast and runs programs fast. Ithas a 10-12 hour battery life.

The process was easy to buy in store. Computer was easy to set up, large screen using to use. Purchased for new job, happy so far.

Tha surface laptop is easy to work with, although I haven’t been able.to use it more often as I would like due to time constraints.

Got this for my wife as an upgrade from her five year old Mac. She loves it! Microsoft, as always, hits it out the park. It’s very easy to use navigate. She is currently working on her masters degree for teaching and the Surface is just what she needed. Beautiful picture quality and video playback. I was really impressed with sound! For a laptop it very clear and crisp as well as loud. Great value for the money! Only rated it a 4 because the keyboard is not backlit.

We recently purchased a 15” touch screen. We use it for business purposes and we love it. It’s so nice and sleep and light. Highly recommend.
