It's a good machine.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this in 2020 refurbished. It's a pretty great machine that does everything I need it to. Browsing the web, watching/streaming videos, coding a little. The keyboard itself is wonderful to type on. Keys give nice feedback and the sound is easy on the ears. The keyboard backlight is nice when used. The battery is so far, so good (it's not world beating, but it's serviceable). Screen is nice and bright, but does sometimes reflect a little too much sunlight. The only 3 things that have been something to complain about is that the laptop itself is really lightweight, but it's also somewhat big. It definitely doesn't lend itself easily to just lugging it around. The other thing to watch out for is if you do carry it around (if in the open position), the hinges on the screen do make you nervous. They're smooth and work wonderfully, but they feel a little flimsy. The last thing to mention is that the computer can sometimes get a little hot when doing some intensive work. Overall, it's been great for the 2.5 years I've had it.
