I quickly realized its flaws. The speaker system rattles at louder volumes, the computer froze too often, and the storage space/RAM is not enough at this price point. I love the design, only wish it performed better. Disclaimer: if you want to watch movies on your laptop, go with something else. The aspect ratio will create black bars to shrink the video down.

What I am mad about: 3 months in and the power cord is frayed (where it connects to the laptop) and the screen isn't stable (it wiggles about 2 inches when it's upright and doesn't stand still like every other laptop I've had). EXTREMELY disappointing when you've had it for 3 months... Going to find out if it has any kind of warranty. Also, I can't stand the auto brightness feature. I turned it off, but it still happens from time to time. Makes me crazy.

An SD card like my surface book 2 would've been a nice feature, but if you use a bluetooth mouse, you still have 2 USB ports (1-A, 1-C) to utilise for extra storage capacity.

I work in statistics and health maps. Adobe suite. i have no complaints about it so far

Over priced and we got a lemon

It looks great! It was easy to setup and was fast. Not long after setup, it kept dropping the WiFi multiple times a day. You would have to problem solve to reconnect. Then it started rebooting in its own. Horrible experience. Best took back with no questions and I purchased an HP. Love Best Buy!
