I recently bought this model in 15" 256g ssd and I just seemed to be missing something. After two days of use it became sluggish and the screen brightness would self adjust although I had it set to fixed. Battery life was good but not great and at the end of the day I feel this is really tailored towards students in a bright class setting.

We wanted to stick with a Microsoft Surface as we already own the tablet. This laptop definitely met our expectations. I am now working from home and use it every day. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

My mom bought this exact laptop in March, both were open-boxed with BBY extended warranties. They are perfect, high quality laptops that I hope will last longer than the cheaply build Dells they had previously. This one is for my Dad for Christmas.

I was forced to teach my classes online due to the Covid-19 virus and needed a new laptop and purchased this one. I must say that not getting to speak to someone in person might have helped and I have not been real happy with the computer so far. I have had issues with the computer freezing up while online and then having to close and restart everything. This is very frustrating and with support getting slammed O can't get in touch with anyone to help solve the issue. I do like the speed and light weight features. The jury is still out on this laptop though.

All good. TV and surround sound system are excellent. Delivery was on time on the day they promised, and they handled complete set up of system, including wiring of wall mount for TV. Professional individuals, and were done in less than an hour.

I purchased this computer and was surprised how much the original price was . I am very happy with my purchase it was at a time I needed to purchase a laptop computer. Thank you Best Buy for all your help. Be safe and successful.

Good computer but battery life is disappointing. Using it for daily business ( job) tasks and only getting about 4-6 hours.

Feels like quality and functions great. Only issues is the battery does not come close to the advertised number. Would recommend as long as long battery life is not mandatory.

- found what I want - had to wait for quite a while though in the store (i.e. salesperson was not that “attentive”) - love the variety of products at Best Buy

I am very satisfied with my purchase of a Microsoft Surface Laptop 3. The product itself is great. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tech support from the Geek Squad has also been great.

Weak battery life, but excellent performance for every day use. Feels solid. The aluminum alloy feels great; An excellent build quality

This laptop runs all of my applications smoothly including Adobe CC, Audacity, Zoom, and Microsoft Office. The touch screen feature is also very handy for reading textbooks for college or running sound for theater

I live this laptop. We do allot if meetings on Zoom and everyone makes great comments about how clear my picture is in the other side of zoom

I love my new laptop! They keyboard is so soft and I don't feel like I have to punch down on the keys to type and I love the touch screen! I'm also really glad I went with the 15" screen

Works exactly as described. I bought a USB port extender to give me more ports. So far it seems to be a decent purchase, just be ready to do a lot of updates.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new Surface lap top. Service at Geek Squad was great, they finished my data transfer in record time and were helpful and courteous.
