Your phone policy sucks!

I HATE THAT YOU REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALL YOU! I have to drive 35 minutes each way to go to the store when a phone call would have sufficed! I can’t wait until you get some competition! My body will no longer darken your doorway!

Minor issues in 4.5 years, but generally content

Although the functionality of the touchscreen has experience occasional malfunction, which required an update of the OS for restoration, has been overheating rather rapidly, which disrupts the operations of the Wi-Fi and other internal components, in the past 4.5 years, and had two incidents of a lack of function for 2 days, which required a reboot, I am generally content.

Disappointed customer but Geek Squad good!
