    I’m sure it’s a great laptop when it’s running correctly. Mine was out of the box for 4 days and the camera stopped working. In order to fix it it had to be sent back to Microsoft and was weirdly unavailable to repurchase at Best Buy less than a week later so I had to return and buy a more expensive model directly from Microsoft
