Excellent laptop as an alternative to the Macbook Air M1. My husband has the Macbook and he says it is very similar as far as look and feel. The i5 is great as I am only using this laptop for work and personal use. No gaming, rendering, or hard editing photos/videos. Would very much recommend this to a casual user, but would definitely recommend upgrading to the i5/i7 from the AMD.

Great specs and solid laptop. The bezels arent as slim as most newer laptops but it still has a 13.5 inch screen and great student oriented specs. I would recommend going with the surface 4 or wait until microsoft releases a laptop with updated pixels and slimmer bezels.

Overall, I love this laptop. Thankfully, this product is lightweight. The touch sensitivity of the screen is great. I appreciate how this laptop has two USB ports-- one tailored to newer USB cords and the other to older USB cords. The resolution and internet speed are also phenomenal.

Overall it’s a nice looking laptop. It has a quality feel to it. It’s quick and responsive, and the display is vivid, but on the hardware side it’s a bit overpriced for what you get. At this price point I’d expect at least 16gb of memory. It’s not a deal breaker but if you’re looking for a nicely designed laptop for school or office work this is a good choice.

I really like this computer! I mainly got this computer for my GIS courses, and it has been great for my classes. I use it for other personal things as well. I love the sleek design and the touch screen comes in handy every now and then.

The Surface laptops have proven to be very dependable and user friendly. The speed and processing ability has made them a staple for our firm and is employees. We began replacing our staffs' work issued laptops with Microsoft surfaces and couldn't be happier with the results!!

This is a Gift for our Granddaughter as she starts her 1st. year of JC. Upon completion of her 2nd. year of JC she will transfer to the University of Southern California and according to our Granddaughter this is the Best Laptop for now.

This compute is very light and portable which is just what I was looking for. The battery life has been great so far and hopefully it can stay good over the next couple of years. Microsoft has always made great products which I always recommend.

The body shows all fingerprints! Looks greasy all the time.

I am an apple person. But when I ordered this tab somehow a little bit worried about the difference. For my education, I think easier to use for classwork instructions or work. Love it.

I know Microsoft's build qaulity and how well their Surface line holds up over the years. This laptop is built strong, thin, it feels great. It has a huge trackpad, even though I dont lo Iike using them much it is very nice. I love this laptop!

I bought the cheaper surface laptop go before this laptop and had some trackpad issues. I didn't know if it was a surface thing or the laptop was just a dud, but I ended up really liking Microsoft’s surface line. After much thought I decided to get its bigger sibling and I’m pretty happy that I did. Biggest difference I’ve notice so far between the laptop 4 and the laptop go is there is no fan noise. I’ve had multiple files open, multiple tabs open and downloading some things for school while being on zoom and it didn’t make a single sound. Battery life is so so, but then again I am on zoom a lot. Overall it’s a really good laptop.
