This laptop was purchased for my son. He really likes the product and we were happy with the assistance we received when searching for a new computer. A representative from MS was on site, which allowed us to ask questions. It had to be ordered, but it was ready to be picked up when they said it would. Thank you!!

I really enjoy this laptop. I love the touch screen feature and the softess around the mouse for a good support on those cold days. The battery could be better, at first it lasted a while with out charge, now i have to plug in to use it for a while. I still believe its better than Apple.

Purchase was better than expected. Laptop provides me with what we needed for my son. He’s more than happy with laptop results. He’s enjoying being able to work on personal and school work. Also purchased the matching wireless mouse to with laptop. Definitely recommend this product to everyone.

Its a good laptop so far. No issues. Very clear big screen.

Love it. The only complaint is that it only has one USB port.

I love the item but there was a problem with the software. I wasn’t happy with the online support. They tried to charge me to fix the issue. I took it back to the store and they fixed the problem and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Perfect!

Fantastic quick desktop windows has been glitchy give me blue screen errors every now and again but trying to remedy that ha been simple thus far

Cool laptop just stopped working after a year or two. started to over heat and stuck on restarting and closing up and shutting down. No longer covered under the warranty (purchase protection plan)

Excellent laptop for my wife's schoolwork. She absolutely loves it. Highly recommend getting the Intel Core processor over the AMD processor....which we returned as we had some software compatibility issues.

Great machine for travel or to hook up to a docking station and made into a workstation. Easy setup, not very many (if at all) garbage programs that try to get you to purchase them. Works great so far!

Buying a new computer is a headache. Titus makes it easy. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens to your needs to get you into the correct device. He doesn’t try to upsell, which I appreciate.

I just get it online because the costumer service in the retail store Woodbridge and Union New Jersey it is worst but the product are perfect

Not very good power, but in turn you get great battery. Beautiful design and overall solid device. If your looking for something mobile for school or work, this is a good pick.

Lightweight and does the job. Definitely recommend, I use it for work and keeps up with everything I need to do. The battery life is great and the speed is amazing.

I absolutely love this laptop. I had a Microsoft Surface before and after looking at so many other laptops I settled for a Surface yet again.

The laptop is functional and I like the covering on the typing surface so I don't feel electrical currents coming through it. Especially living overseas, the electrical in buildings is not always grounded properly. A few weeks after owning my computer I left to work overseas. My computer every now and again does this "Zzzzt, Zzzzt, Zzzzt. Not sure what that is but I am not happy about it. I spent a lot of money on this for it to work. Now I can't send it in for repair and will have to find someone in Thailand. I am tired of buying products that are built cheaply and have declined on the quality control.
