Okay laptop

This feels like a big step down from that. The thigh screen is not as responsive, word seems different and just overall less user friendly. The only think I like better is the laptop setup where it stays upright I like the pro.

Sad I had to return it

I attached a second monitor and the unit itself seemed to work fine but the built in display did not. It’s a shame because it was light and a great value for the specs

However, I didn't not get on with the screen. It had a certain blurriness that made my eyes hurt after an hour of looking at it. Wouldn't buy again.

Dazed and Confused

Best Buy is not authorized to work on Microsoft products. I would have send it to Microsoft for repair with the added cost for shipping.

This laptop will not connect to the internet. Called the so called Geek Squad, hen they could not solve it because they has no knowledge of this laptop at all, they hung up. What does one expect when getting a call back from a call center? Huge amount of money to be wasted and no help at all. Don't buy this it is junk!

light weight & amazing quality

I compared to HP and Lenovo and Dell, and went with this one. The others seemed too bulky for me. I was a little skeptical about the "suede like" material on the keyboard but its actually very soft. I am worried that in the future it willl wear out but for now it's nice. Sound is amazing,picture amazing, and overall worth the price
