How easy it is to use and learn how to use at a very reasonable price for what youre getting. Top of the line computer for sure..

Like the computer but wouldn’t buy open box

Just recently had to have the keyboard fixed. I’d buy another surface laptop but not an open box.

GREAT but maybe not the best choice for me?

It’s so hard to find a good case for it. The material ends up lifting and bending which honestly compromised the overall appeal. It’s also my fault for not knowing that i can’t upgrade the RAM

It replaces my 10 year old Surface Pro 2 which still works but can't handle flight simulator.

It had everything we needed to get her rolling. She said that it is amazing and would highly recommend it to anyone who might need a upgrade.

Better than before but still short of being great

But the lack of Thunderbolt is unacceptable in 2021. And the suede over the keyboard was just hard to get past; became sticky after use (sweat) and really just not maintainable (especially if kids used it). I wish the all metal options were more readily available since this version clearly improved on the previous model. It’s simply too expensive to ignore the shortfalls.

This has been a great laptop. Does everything I need and was a good price. Very happy with this purchase
