Very nice, comfortable laptop. The display is beautiful and the wrist pad area is soft and smooth. I bought this for office work and being a Microsoft device combined with Microsoft software is a winning combination.

Great computer. I've never had a laptop, but a friend recommended this one. It does everything my stationary unit did. Very thin, and great screen quality.

It’s a pretty bad experience with this laptop. The charger went bad within first year and Microsoft replaced it and then on 18th month the LCD display got bad.

Great little on the go machine. One Drive from Microsoft links desktops and saved documents between surface pro. Overall computing power is good for general usage. Best part no McAfee antivirus hogging up space.

The laptop didn't have the performance I was expecting for a Microsoft laptop. Perhaps it is just my opinion, but I found the keyboard soft plastic finish that was highly rated to just feel cheap and flimsy. Every time I would type, the plastic would flex beneath my hands. It just had a weird feel about it.... I returned it after only 3 days of use and bought the new Microsoft Studio Laptop. I have had the Studio for four weeks now and it works great. A bit pricy for what you get, but just feels better than Dell or the older Microsoft laptops....

Very nice keyboard and the screen is fantastic! I would highly suggest this laptop. I had a macbook for a very long time and this computer is by far more user friendly

This laptop is the perfect laptop for college students. I am currently a sophomore in college and have been using this laptop for over six months now. Before this laptop I was an avid Apple user and had previously owned a MacBook Air and Pro. I was forced to switch to Windows to run software I needed for school, and I have been more than pleased with this product. The battery lasts me more than two days of note taking, homework, and video watching. The keyboard is extremely comfortable to type on and the Alcantara palm rests are an excellent touch. I have not cleaned the fabric once and it is still in the same condition it was out of the box. The construction is durable, light, and slim, perfect for slipping into any backpack that can accommodate a 13-inch laptop. It has all the power I need for R-based coding and simulations, and I have never noticed any performance lag or fan noise. The 3:2 aspect ratio is great for running two windows side-by-side, for example, an assigned reading and the correlating homework assignment. Overall, if you are looking for a Windows computer for school, this is a perfect option for any light to medium workload users.

When I busted my previous surface laptop screen, I bought a new upgraded surface laptop. I also bought a sleeve to protect it.

Excellent! The only laptop I've ever owned has been from Microsoft. Never have issues and bring to Best Buy Geek Squad every 6-8 months for a "check up." Very good and excellent service. Thank you!

This is a Christmas present for my wife. She's not a hardcore computer person but I wanted to get a good quality computer. This thing works absolutely great and the craftsmanship is awesome

Great laptop, fast, beautiful display. Battery life is not the best, but it handles multiple tabs effortlessly.

My Microsoft Surface is the first non-HP computer I've owned. So far, I am getting used to it and liking it. I wanted to downsize and this was a good choice.

Save your money and buy a MacBook Air M1. This seemed like a good deal and I was pretty happy about it until l started noticing the problems one by one. Some of the stuff was the horrible absolutely horrible battery life, the screen is way too glossy, the keyboard has a lot of flex, and the top part of the laptop feels good, but the bottom part does not.

Got this for my daughter as a graduation present. It was on sale and has everything she needs for college. She is very happy with it.

Battery life is bot 19 hrs! I got 6 hrs doing moderate tasks such as word, everbote and 45 minutes of netflix streaming. Do not get this laptop.

Nice laptop. Quality wise It is on par with MacBooks. I like alcantara keyboard surface, but I am not sure how practical it is. Also it is hard to find any cover for this laptop.
