Great product except for the quality issues that we're experiencing. I purchased this less than a month ago as a gift for my wife's birthday. It has great specs for her workload so initially it was a perfect fit. But about a week ago (3 weeks after purchase) the screen started started randomly flashing with dark spots appearing at the bottom of the screen at random intervals. In my professional life, I have a relationship with Microsoft and I expect MS to have better quality control so this is disappointing.

I had the surface 3 for several years and I accidentally dropped my laptop and cracked the screen. I decided to update to the 4. and I absolutely love this upgrade. The display and mouse pad is amazing and the processing system works seamlessly

Debated between this and a Surface Pro 8 but when one adds a keyboard and pen to the SP8 it becomes cost-prohibitive. Quality device, solid, awesome keyboard. Love Windows Hello. Specs could be better, as $900 for 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD is a little light. Battery also drains a bit quicker than posted. But needed it to run a Windows tax program and it meets my needs. Recommended.

So far I have used this for college and it’s been great. It’s supper easy to carry around, fast, and user friendly.

I am very pleased with this laptop - has everything I needed = speed, clarity of images, lightweight. The geek squad installed files from my old laptop, do there was no learning curve st all.

We just switched to paperless records and needed another computer. Our company already had several of this type of computer, so we picked up another.

Bought this for my college age daughter for use while away at school. She loves the simplicity of the Microsoft hardware and the look and feel of the laptop.

I absolutely love my Surface Laptop! I’ve owned the Surface Laptop 2-4 and will continue to only buy these moving forward. Light weight, powerful, and perfect for business. I rarely run into issues and when I do they’re usually software based. I highly recommend this laptop.

Great product, we’ve bought a few of these now. Our users really like them vs. the Surface Pro. Solid, feels like its well made and won’t break/crack if tossed into a bag.
