I absolutely love this laptop. I had a Microsoft Surface before and after looking at so many other laptops I settled for a Surface yet again.

Bought it for my college classes, very lightweight and easy to use. By far one of my favorite laptops that I have owned!

If you love the MacBook, this looks identical and feels like one. Except it is cheaper and runs Windows 11. My daughter loves it.

Let me start off by saying I have been a MacBook user for many years, however that quickly changed when apple wanted $400 to replace a keyboard that was defective. I decided to dive back into Windows and purchased what I thought was a very good windows laptop in the Samsung Notebook 9. Then I opened the box on my Surface laptop 4 and realized that this laptop would be far better than any windows laptop I had used in the past. The case is constructed of aluminum which allows the laptop to be sleek and fairly light. The Surface laptop 4 has both a USB A and C port as well as a headphone jack on the left side and the surface charging port on the right side. The laptop I received has the latest 11th generation Intel core I5 processor however options that have the AMD Ryzen 5 are also available. The laptop has a 512gb SSD and 8gb of high bandwidth ram that makes multi tasking very easy. I ran a few programs that usually caused my previous laptop to lag a little however I did not have the same issues with the surface laptop 4. The sound quality on the speakers is very good for a laptop in general and the dual far field studio mics do a great job in reducing background noise while bringing your voice to the forefront. I love the battery life on this laptop. The video quality on the camera is great and that seems to be more important these days because zoom meetings seem to be here to stay. Battery life on the Surface laptop is amazing. I can easily get through a day of work without having to worry about my laptop dying on me. Even if the power does start to get low you can easily fast charge the battery to 80% in about an hour. The laptop includes Windows 10 home which can easily be upgraded to Windows 10 pro if you purchase a license. It is important to run the Windows update tool so that you can download and install all the latest updates and firmware. All in it took me about me about 30 minutes to download and install all the current firmware and updates. The Surface laptop 4 is Windows hello compatible which is great because it adds facial recognition which means you no longer have to type in your password to log in. The laptop is also Windows ink compatible so you can purchase a surface pen to use with it. You can easily take notes on the beautiful 13.5 inch touchscreen which has a 2256 X 1504 resolution. Simply put anything you watch on the screen will look great. If you are currently in the market for a new laptop or are sick of your current laptop then you can't go wrong by buying the latest Microsoft Surface laptop 4

Perfect for college student. Bought it for my son, got the surface pen later on and no complaints from him.

This computer runs amazing and is great quality. Especially for running office apps. As a college student I love this computer

The laptop is functional and I like the covering on the typing surface so I don't feel electrical currents coming through it. Especially living overseas, the electrical in buildings is not always grounded properly. A few weeks after owning my computer I left to work overseas. My computer every now and again does this "Zzzzt, Zzzzt, Zzzzt. Not sure what that is but I am not happy about it. I spent a lot of money on this for it to work. Now I can't send it in for repair and will have to find someone in Thailand. I am tired of buying products that are built cheaply and have declined on the quality control.

Bought this to replace a Mac book for my daughter. Knocked it out of the park and she will not be going back.

This thing would be perfect if you could get a docking station to work well with it. I had the Surface Dock and it would constantly disconnect and give warnings that I couldn't charge my display.?.

Microsoft.....Surface....it works...that's what you want.

We use a lot of Surface Laptops for work. Rarely have any issues and when issues do come up, Microsoft stands behind the product.

This is a great Windows laptop for anyone look for something reliable and worth the money. Having a touch screen took some time to get used to. I found myself wishing to touch my Macbook Pro screen.

All we can say is surface holds up to its name. We are very happy with it.

The overall performance is great but the fan noise when running some high processing tasks is a bit annoying.
