Really great laptop. Love the color and its sumple enough for me since I'm not the best with technology. If you're like me it takes a bit to learn everything about it but its not very difficult :)

This is my third Surface, and the others still work. The reason I give it 4 rather than 5 stars is the digital fighting between MS and googs that is ridiculous and wastes my time. Grow up, MS!

Great computer . Love how it is a made and how it looks. Super cute. Lots of storage. Wish the battery life was a little longer . But overall good computer

Love my new computer! Great customer service. They explained everything in easy language to understand and the benefits for having coverage, the geek squad, the difference between individual vs. Microsoft office and virus protection etc. At the time they didn’t have my computer in stock. So they made all the arrangements with another local Best Buy for me to get it. I was able to drive and get my computer within the hour. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I really like the way this laptop looks and feels. I’m still learning about all of the different things it can do as I came from an Apple Computer. Nice lightweight laptop.
