I would not purchase anything from best buy again!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to give it one star because it came to me with the mouse pad misfunctioning. I had purchased it around black friday for an upcoming new job. I figured it was a bran new computer so it should be all good. I trued to use it a few weeks later and discovered the mouse pad did not work correctly. I called customer service and they said to take it to geek squad within the store because they could not give me any information over the phone. I asked if i would be changed and they had no idea. Thank god my brother is an IT wizard and was able to connect and fix the issue from hundreds of miles away!! I would not be purchasing anything from Best buy moving forward.
