A decent laptop for college. Would recommend getting a sleeve for it, as it can get dinged up pretty easily. Generally very smooth with some hiccups here and there (not really a computer for coding, even anaconda/intro it was pretty slow). Overall decent.

Its a reliable school laptop for a grade school kid. Ifbyou are looking for gaming this is not for you. This is for more casual use. But overall a good laptop.

Does what i need it to! I got it as a reliable computer for college. The charger is a little weird and doesnt stay in super well, but just dont use it while you charge it and its fine

Honestly this is the worst laptop i’ve owned!! I bought this in the hopes it would help me through physical therapy school. By the time, second semester came around, I needed a new battery. I’m currently in my third year and the keyboard doesn’t work and the battery needs to be replaced again!! Also keep in mind that if you get geek squad protection on this laptop, they are not allowed to touch or can even attempt to fix it. Microsoft forces them to send out the laptop each time it needs to be fixed which is a pain cause it takes weeks to get fixed. This laptop does not offer any unique or better specs than what’s on the current market. If I could, I would rate this laptop in the negatives.

I have to give it one star because it came to me with the mouse pad misfunctioning. I had purchased it around black friday for an upcoming new job. I figured it was a bran new computer so it should be all good. I trued to use it a few weeks later and discovered the mouse pad did not work correctly. I called customer service and they said to take it to geek squad within the store because they could not give me any information over the phone. I asked if i would be changed and they had no idea. Thank god my brother is an IT wizard and was able to connect and fix the issue from hundreds of miles away!! I would not be purchasing anything from Best buy moving forward.
