Love this laptop...super nice and stylish. I've had MacBook Air and this one is so much better and includes the touchscreen!

Do not purchase this type of laptop unless you get the extended warranty. 3 months after the warranty is out the computer doesn't want to turn on now. 450.00 to send it off to Microsoft for them to repair it. Ridiculous!!! Spending $2,000.00 on a computer that dies within a year!!!!

Worst experience! Laptop randomly reboots or freeze! Do yourself a favor and don’t even try with Microsoft :/

I've had this laptop for 8 months and it's already slowing down and overheating. I only use this for emails, web surfing, and online school discussion boards. It can't even run a YouTube video without getting hot and running slow. I would not recommend this laptop

Great laptops for school. Have tried many options with arguably better hardware, but nothing lives up to the surface laptop.

My last one was very good. This one is glitchy. It keeps asking me for my password every time I said it I keep having to reset it. It’s annoying.

Microsoft advertise 18 hrs battery life. It gives max 3 to 4 hrs battery life with nominal use.

I have only had this laptop for 2 weeks and all the settings apps STOPPED WORKING! This is unbelievable

This is a little powerhouse wow! It was easy to set up, and I'm enjoying using it. So far, no complaints. It has the latest version of Windows, which was a learning curve because I was on Windows 10. It multitasks with ease. I have had three to four windows up with absolutely no issues. I think it's a great buy for the money

Excellent speed, nice display and sharp, excellent performance, I want to say best of the best.

Superb machine. Lightweight, ergonomic layout with spacious enough keyboard. Right level of CPU power and RAM for most coding and college work. A previous surface laptop (version 2) has held up pretty well after four years with quick bootup time and reasonable battery life. Doesn't have the UHD display like my old Dell. So, didn't give it top marks for display.

It is light weight and fits almost anywhere. It is fast and easy

I love it! I had a surface book, and was disappointed that I couldn't get one just like I had. This one is better! A few little differences that were easy to adapt to, and it is lighter. Perfect laptop for my purposes!

Of the PC laptops, few lineups get to be so trusty and reliable as the Surface Laptop. When you look at the initial release this was goung head to gead with the old style Macbook Air. This was such a good product that apple had to redo the Air line including adding colors.

The LCD screen developed issues with in a couple of days. Good that we could return and get a new one for replacement but did not expect the one picked from store will have issues.
